This notice applies to client-service texting provided by BRIGHT WING LLC under the Blackwing brand.

How we use it. We use this information to respond to your request, coordinate consulting services and meetings, deliver and support text messages, keep records of consent and communication preferences, and protect our services or meet applicable legal obligations.

How information is handled. We use RingCentral and telecommunications providers to operate and deliver the messaging service. They may process the information needed to provide the service and verify messaging compliance. We do not sell your messaging information or provide it to third parties or affiliates for their marketing. SMS consent is not shared with third parties or affiliates.

Records and choices. We retain messaging and consent records as needed to provide the service, honor your preferences, resolve issues and meet applicable legal obligations. Reply STOP to stop SMS messages. You may contact inquiry@blackwing.agency about your information or to request correction or deletion, subject to applicable retention requirements.

SMS Terms of Service

Program and consent. Blackwing's client-service SMS program provides individual replies about consulting services, client questions and requested meeting arrangements. You initiate the conversation by texting our published business number. Your message gives us permission to respond about that request; it does not subscribe you to marketing messages.

Message frequency and charges. Message frequency varies with your conversation. Message and data rates may apply under your mobile plan. Blackwing does not charge a separate subscription fee for these client-service texts.

Stop or restart. Reply STOP at any time to opt out. We will honor your request. If you later want to resume, reply START or contact us to give fresh permission. We will keep a record of your communication preferences.
